"We have stayed here about 4 to 5 times over the last few years. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. We rented e-bikes for 24 hrs to venture out to new neighborhoods and we were able to store overnight . Located in the heart of the Old City on a busy street ,yet it is quiet, safe and very well appointed. There is a lovely restaurant attached that grows many of their veggies on the rooftop. "Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. "Rooms were very clean and spacious. Excellent for large families . I would say for few days I was charged much higher than other days although I booked months earlier . When I checked on that day for similar rooms in the websites it was much cheaper for the same facility ."
