"You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. "Amazing location and an even better price. I had a single room and it was very small, but it was clean, everything worked and I had an incredible view out my window. The other reviews that mention flies at breakfast aren't wrong, but this is a dairy region. There are flies all over. It isn't a disaster, but if this is going to wreck your trip maybe stay in Interlaken."
"I stayed on a day with lots of snow. It was beautiful. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. All the staff were lovely and very friendly."

"Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in and checkout were a breeze. The room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. The view from my room (as well as dining area) was stunning! The staff were very friendly and welcoming too. They also have a washer and dryer to use - dryer was a bit confusing but it all worked out! I really hope I’m lucky enough to stay here again one day! "About 5 minute walk from the train station. The view from the balcony is very nice. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful with personalized service. We had breakfast and dinnners. The meals were very good."
"This hotel is definitely a bit... different, i think it is part a retirement center for old people? It did mean it was fully accessible and family friendly, nice big room, lots of facilities (including communal washer and dryer). Breakfast is a bit meh but ok price. Location very convenient near Ost station (great for Lauterbrunnen/Grindelwald/Schinygge Platte) but also within easy walk to center and to other areas with cheaper places to eat"
