"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time...

"We stayed at the hotel 11 to 17 of april 2026. The hotel, lobby, rooms and the terraces are well maintained and very nice and cozy. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening were very good, with continental breakfast with lots of options and local delicacies and different theme every evening like Spanish, Italian, Canarian, American and Asian cuisine and a seafood night👌✨. Was so perfect that we didn't go out much on the evenings😃 The swimming pool and a bubble pool are warmed and very nice...

"das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal, strandnah und gleichzeitig zentral gelegen. In paar Minuten vom Busbahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt einen Tag vor der Kreuzfahrt. "

Rustige omgeving alles direct op loopafstand, Spar, restaurants, strand en boulevard. Huurauto kan je voor en achter parkeren. De service, gastvrijheid, netheid en bungalows waren goed en compleet ingericht. Voor ons herhaling vatbaar. Muchos Gracias. "

I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan."
