I loved this boutique hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the old town with all the beautiful sights, restaurants, the market as well as the buses with connections to the rest of the island. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is more to dip in than to swim, keeping in mind that it is a city hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with all that you need, but if you are claustrophobic I would suggest a room with an outside view instead of the courtyard. There is also a gym available and breakfast with fresh fruits and sorts.

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

Amazing hotel and great staff

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and great eco friendly bathroom products. Hand soap/ shower gel was very high quality, similar to L'Occitane products. Staff were amazing, so helpful and gave us great info for traditional restaurants and places to visit. We had a fun, full packed three day's, and really enjoyed drinks on an evening on the roof terrace. Can’t rate this hotel and staff high enough. Thank you for our wonderful city break.

The hotel is conveniently located near Old Town. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. It is a little far to the beaches, but the bus station and bus stops are a couple of minutes walking away. The breakfast is OK (it is a typical hotel breakfast). I wish there was parking on site, but there is parking nearby in different lots and/or parking decks.

The hotel is modern and in a good location. The room was very spacious and clean. The gym is just a room with few weights, with no water provided. The breakfast was very poor with very little choice.

Hotel is perfectly located and stunning. The pool on the roof is super pretty and the staff is amazing. My ONLY “criticism” of you can call it that, is the smell in the hotel (and our room) - it may be the cleaning products but it’s definitely something to get used to. The pool is a dipping pool, perfect for cooling off. There is no parking on the premise BUT we did find street parking along the main road. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend! Thank you 🙏

Beware the outer perimeter

The first night was spent switching between rooms. Our room was on the ground floor directly in front of a noisy restaurant (don’t let the daytime slump fool you, it’s a vibrant social hub in the evening); if ever the restaurant had a capacity issue all they would need to do is pull back the curtains to that room. They immediately placed us in another room located towards the back of the hotel, but with some reservations - stating that it was an upgrade. If you decide to book your stay at this hotel make sure that you adamantly refuse to accept any room located along the perimeter of the building, behind the front desk.

We had a wonderful stay at The Boutique hotel Cordial La Peregrina. It is location in the old historic part of the city, which made everything walkable. We could not have picked a better location. The staff were also absolutely wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Gran Canaria.

Insgesamt gut, aber kein Boutique-Hotel. Die Definition eines Boutique-Hotels ist, dass es keine Kette ist. Es fühlt sich sehr ähnlich an wie jedes andere große Kettenhotel, und es gibt viele Standorte auf der Insel. Mein Zimmer war nicht das sauberste, das Waschbecken war undicht, die Farbe blätterte von allen Metallteilen ab. Die Zimmer haben etwas, das wie ein gruseliges Gesichtsscan aussieht, das etwas kaputt ist und Sie mit Infrarotlicht anblitzt, wenn Sie die Tür öffnen wollen. Ein Gerät, bei dem ich an meinem letzten Tag das Vergnügen hatte, mitzuhören, wie ein Mitarbeiter lautstark über Lautsprecher Fehlerbehebungsmaßnahmen durchführte. Das Frühstück ist Standard. Mein Zimmer hatte keine nach außen gerichteten Fenster und war daher sehr ruhig. Das andere Zimmer, das wir gebucht hatten, befand sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss direkt gegenüber der Lobby man konnte jeden Gast hören, der hereinkam und hinausging oder sich dort aufhielt.

A Modern Gem in a Historic City

This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas.

Magnífico todo, la atención en recepción, la limpieza del hotel, la calidad del desayuno, la ubicación y la amabilidad de todo el personal. El tema del aparcamiento está complicado pero es normal siendo el centro. De todas formas tienen acuerdo con un parking cercano por 10€ al día. Volveríamos sin duda.
