We had a very pleasant stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with an early flight, since it is just across from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient stay before our flight. One small area for improvement would be the room lighting, especially having a better night light near the bed, and more conveniently located electrical outlets or bedside charging ports. The hotel is convenient to the airport , I was there less than 24 hours . Everything I needed was in walking distance. My first room was a little too warm and they quickly moved me to a room that was really cool . Easy check in and out. The hotel is a little outdated but was completely fine for my needs .

Staff is the best in the world. The food is world class. TV and wifi reception is not so good due to rainy month of July. Hotel boiler under going maintenance. Perfect place perfect people. Airport just 3 minute walk. Do yourself a favor, go there.

I like the convenience due to its close proximity to the airport. They also have the shuttle to provide transportation to and from the airport on both domestic and international airport. Although the room was clean, there’s some distinct slightly unpleasant odor I could still smell the moment I walked in the room. Also, the tub shower seems too elevated, in which I could still manage. But for older guest seems too elevated which could potentially cause some issue getting in and out of their tub. But overall we were happy with our stay. We were exhausted from our long international flight and we got a goodnight sleep.

This is definitely the best choice for a stay if you are getting a domestic transfer and need to sleep for a few hours or so. Unfortunately, their hot water wasn’t working, so for me, it’s a 4 out of 5 because i could not shower after 20 hours of traveling up to that point. Other than that, for only $79, it was an amazing and beautiful hotel with a casino, pool and gym, room service, and breakfast on site. As long as their boiler is fixed, this is a 5 star place to stay for anyone wanting a nice hotel near the airport. Extremely clean also! Like, white glove clean. Enjoy!

The staff who met us in the airport and in the hotel were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Guill of housekeeping in the 5th floor made sure we had what we needed. Check in was fast. Breakfast buffet was good. Location of the hotel is very convenient for us who came from a long flight and arrived late at night. Will definitely be back.
