I am never disappointed when I stay. Was able to use the gym this time. Food was enjoyable. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us. I will be staying again on my way back. Convenient location right across from airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with an early flight, since it is just across from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient stay before our flight. One small area for improvement would be the room lighting, especially having a better night light near the bed, and more conveniently located electrical outlets or bedside charging ports. This is disappointing. We arrived around 7pm at the hotel so we expected at least the room should be ready at this time. But it wasn't. We waited for way too long and we almost lost our patience. God knows why. Do guests need to arrive at 11PM so the room is ready? You need to improve.

The only reason why we booked this hotel was the location. At that time there was an event that there were road closure starting at 4 am going to the airport. We had an international flight in the morning so we were worried about the traffic going to the airport. The room is outdated and the carpet is so dirty. I could go pass with an outdated room but not with a good air-conditioning, it is so hard to get a rest without a working A/C . The A/C was not working properly. We called the front desk to have it checked, few minutes later some body from housekeeping came and told us to wait for a few minutes for the A/C to work. Apparently the temperature never cool down. We called the front desk again and we were told if we want a electric fan. We were shocked that an hotel like this would be using electric fan in their rooms. And the price to stay in this hotel is not that cheap. Finally they transferred us to another room although the room was still outdated and carpet was so dirty and old but at least A/C was working. I would not recommend this hotel if you have other choices.

We’re happy with our stay as always. I feel safe and comfortable, we had a good sleep, the bed was comfortable .And not to mention it was convenient and very close to the airport. I’m not worried of missing my flight. The staff were professional and friendly too!

The hotel is convenient to the airport , I was there less than 24 hours . Everything I needed was in walking distance. My first room was a little too warm and they quickly moved me to a room that was really cool . Easy check in and out. The hotel is a little outdated but was completely fine for my needs .

THE AC is not cooling. They have issues for the AC. They said it has been a couple of weeks - the issue. I am unsure if when are they totally back to normal on AC in the room. The AC in the lobby is perfect but not in the room :( They provide Fans upon request.

Staff is the best in the world. The food is world class. TV and wifi reception is not so good due to rainy month of July. Hotel boiler under going maintenance. Perfect place perfect people. Airport just 3 minute walk. Do yourself a favor, go there.

I like the convenience due to its close proximity to the airport. They also have the shuttle to provide transportation to and from the airport on both domestic and international airport. Although the room was clean, there’s some distinct slightly unpleasant odor I could still smell the moment I walked in the room. Also, the tub shower seems too elevated, in which I could still manage. But for older guest seems too elevated which could potentially cause some issue getting in and out of their tub. But overall we were happy with our stay. We were exhausted from our long international flight and we got a goodnight sleep.

Room is clean even though is old, staff is accommodating front desk and luggage drop off and also the shuttle driver. Just the toilet a little bit of a problem not enough water supply to flush. But overall rating is 8 for me.
