Bed support was broken upon arrival however we were moved to a 'deluxe' room which was great at letting in bugs and geckos. We stayed for 6 nights and the room wasn't cleaned nor was the linen changed. The duvet was disintergating inside and the cover had no buttons. I woke up with bed bug bites every morning. Staff were courteous enough but also inexperienced. Had to pay extra for water bottle and dispenser. Cooked breakfast was always served cold but tasted good. I also had to make my own cocktails at the bar as the staff couldn't make what was on the menu. Advertised with games room and gym but was told upon arrival it incurred an extra charge. Overall a nice enough place in a good area and great for short stays or local party/function bookings.

Not what we expected

The staff gets 10/10! Always there with a smile and with perfect service. ☺️ They waited for us when we arrived from the flight and it was easy to book transportation from the airport to the hotel. The price was 500pesos. But overall it wasn’t what we expected. We booked a standard room for 40€ for one night and the shower didn’t have hot water and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The water in the sink was brown when we opened the tap. The pool area was nice but it felt very empty of people. We ordered breakfast in the morning - No buffet. We needed to wait for almost 50 minutes, the food was unfortunately cold when it arrived. Except the amount we paid for the night we also needed to pay 1800pesos for both of us for the food and transportation. But! The staff was really friendly and I think maybe during high season this place is better to stay at.

It's a good place where you can feel your home away from home. The staff is very hospitable and accommodating. The area property is perfect for all types of gatherings. Well-lit surrounding. Most of what I enjoyed was the smell and aroma of my morning coffee served by a very friendly staff. Highly recommended place to travelers and other groups as well. It was a wonderful experience to have stayed and met the people there.
