"The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants."

"Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility is lovely and the rooms were quite cool (considering the heatwave). Breakfast was great (assortment of breads + spreads, pastries, meats + cheeses, yogurt + applesauce, coffee, juice, etc.) Next time I am in Avignon, I will certainly be staying here again!"

"Charming hotel in the perfect location! Will dream of coming back! The view out of our window was the papal palace. The quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in even though it is city center. I am sure that was because of the cut stone walls. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the price. But there are plenty of dining options within easy walking. Our train was leaving later in the day so they were happy to hold our luggage after we checked out. Our stay really was perfect!"

"It was a wonderful historic hotel with many excellent staff caring for our every need. The restaurant 5 star with delicious creations. Breakfast staff helpful and some excellent choices to eat before we set off for our day. Mathilde was wonderful and not only looked after our food choices but also gave us a few destination suggestions. From here it is a short trip to Pont de Gard where we swam below a Roman bridge also Gordes and Isle le Sorgue. Hope to return."

"First, let me say, Clement was very friendly and very helpful during our first two days. We checked out this morning at 11am and was greeted by a female front desk clerk. We asked to leave our luggage while we went out for breakfast, came back within the hour when I realized I left my 1 carat diamond stud earrings on the tray in our room. My husband and I went back to speak with the female front desk clerk, we searched the room, and she stated she followed up with the housekeeper and no one...
