"Location and staff were great but the hotel is outdated and needs many repairs. The smell in the hallways was not great. The room was clean, but noisy, refrigerator was loud and humming constantly, even after switching rooms. Water pressure in the sink and the showers was low. "

"Staff treated me and my wife very kindly, can tell the place has a bright future under the new ownership. Needed a hotel to stay at while I looked for housing as I am in the military, they fulfilled all of our needs and local to everywhere I needed/wanted to be."

"Staff was not friendly and my room was not ready until much later than my scheduled check in time. When I tried to voice my concerns to hotel staff, they dismissed the complaints without providing any remedy. Water pressure was terrible. There are only 4 elevators and it could take up to 20 minutes to catch one during peak hours. "

"The hotel was clean, the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. And it was quiet!! Nobody running around, no yelling, no door slamming and no weed smells, loved it!"
