"We had an excellent time at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise! The view was amazing and our experience was exceptional. All the staff were very helpful especially Mitchell from the concierge in Fairmont Gold, he’s very accommodating. All the staff were excellent! The food was good and all the small little details was on point which we always love when we stayed in Fairmont Hotels. We highly recommend this hotel and we will stay again!"

"Great location but I do not know before that we have to pay extra about 20$CAD for facility, the room is quite smaller than I thought. "

"Nice, stylish hotel. Definitely recommend!"

"Very nice accommodation that is located close to the lake and the town. Staff was tremendously helpful. Room was very clean, tidy, and spacious. It felt like a home in the mountains."

"We loved the location, and everything at the lodge was lovely. The individual rooms and pathways to the rooms are a bit worn down and could use a bit of updating. Otherwise everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay to this unique place."

"There are full options of home facilities, fast to check in and friendly staff with a nice advices. The location quit far from Lake Louis but if you have a car there is no problem but good things are near Castle mountain and Jonhton Canyon, mid way from banff and Lake Louise. I really like here so much."

"Walking distance to Lake Louise. Strict check-in time. Hotel was decent and clean. Restaurant server was dishonest."
