Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux....

"This boutique hotel has beautiful grounds which includes a hilltop view, ancient trees, a pool and a 24-hour jacuzzi. The location is quiet, safe, and 15 min walk from a mall with a large selection of stores for emergency shopping. The classically decorated rooms were airy, spacious, and had very modern conveniences such as abundant plugs and USB charging ports, as well as a heated towel rack! "Very cute boutique hotel! I really appreciated the art and little touches throughout. All the staff were super friendly, warm, and welcoming! Communication was prompt—the hotel reached out right after I made my reservation to confirm my ETA and ask if I needed to book a shuttle. Shout-out to the front desk team, especially Vincente and João, for their excellent recommendations on places to eat and visit, and for making accommodations to store my luggage and insulin. Carina was fabulous - though we were only there for a night in between islands, she helped make our transition smooth and stress free! The location was awesome and in walking distance to the attractions too. My only regret was that we only had one night here. We will be back!"
