"The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not."

"An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic.
