Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We quickly learned how to use the bus and train, so the distance of about 2 km to the city center was not a problem. The apartment was clean, and the bathroom and bedroom were especially nice. However, a few things affected our final rating: • Poor lighting: The living room generally had poor lighting, and there was no light over the stove or the kitchen sink in the open-plan living area. • Loose kitchen tap: The kitchen faucet is loose and feels like it could cause a problem at any moment. • Kitchen amenities: The electric kettle is of low quality and should be replaced. • Supplies: Only one roll of toilet paper is too little for two people staying for 5–6 days. Despite these minor issues, we had a good stay!" We forgot our sandwiches in the fridge when we left and closed the door behind us😄

Like many oarts of La Spezia the surrounding area is not well maintained for parks, gardens and walkways. The unit itself is comfortable but the toilet/bathroom is a bit cramped. You need to be able to walk or catch the bus to get to more central areas. For us it was good 👍
