Great location and walkable distance to the main town 10-15 min. Parking is available on site in an area that has limited parking, was very convenient. The beach is across the property but its pebble and no sandy beach around for at least 30+ min drive which you have to pay for. The room would benefit from a bit of TLC and a kettle!

Terrible Kitchen unit was sparce To kettle no coffee brewing Hot plate/stove didn’t work Rooms were ice cold … heater was impossible to understand and turned on at 8 pm via timer Staff vacated the building at Sun down … we and one other car were in the premises and non of us could get any info about anything When we asked to cancel our second night … they refused and unforced the contract Stay away from this place like the plague 👎👎👎👎👎

Gute, anständige Unterkunft mit Strand vor der Tür

Ich habe die Unterkunft lediglich zum Schlafen genutzt. Alles sehr sauber und praktisch, die Küchenzeile habe ich nicht genutzt, es war aber alles vorhanden, außer einem Wasserkocher. Sehr schön die Lage direkt am Strand. Man kann also sehr bequem direkt vom Appartement ins Meer springen.

Molto bella la posizione e soprattutto la vista dalla casa, ma prezzo assolutamente eccessivo rispetto ai sevizi offerti. Casa molto piccola, nonostante venga venduta per quattro persone.

We were greeted by very nice staff. The hotel was dirty . Bathroom floor after wiping with tissue was disgusting. There is a broken cutting board screwed to the kitchen counter. It is split and has black grunge all around the edges and the split part has mould inside. There is no dish soap or tea towels or wash cloths to do dishes. Charge is 1.00 per towel if you want a change after 1 week! Seriously! The beds were all round the hardest and most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. We would never return ! We left 2 days early . Wish we never went there.

Ottimo Hotel/Residence

Ottimo residence situato all'estremita' di Portovenere, dotato di piscina, spiaggia e parcheggio. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ha anche un ristorante molto carino. i servizi sono ottimi e la colazione e' in linea con la struttura. Lo consiglio anche a famiglie con bambini
