Excellent stay

We had a lovely stay, Tania was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was just a short 10-15 min walk from La Spezia train station to visit Cinque Terre. The room also included breakfast which was of exceptional quality as a bar a short walk away.

Great room and location

Lovely room very well located, 10 min walking from the station and many restaurants and bars around. The staff were amazing. Thank you so much for the stay. They provide vouchers for breakfast in a nearby cafe , which was lovely.. and if you prefer to get something more expensive than the voucher covers you just pay the difference.

Very comfortable and renovated room

Super nice and renovated room with a top moth bathroom. Everything felt clean and fresh and we immediately felt at home. Good communication and very easy self check in. Fast answer to any questions. Worth noticing that even though it says apartment hotel, it’s a room only. There is a joint area with a fridge and coffee machine. The included breakfast at a neighboring café is basic (coffee, juice, croissant) buy has nice other options if you want to buy extra. Situated right on the main pedestrian street and close to ”everything”. A perfect base for traveling around the Cinque Terre area.

Great Option

I didn’t pay enough attention at booking and didn’t expect a RBnB but was not disappointed. Very nice place central located. Special note on the lady who welcomed us and was very helpful !!! Parking was not easy but not due to the property.

We loved our stay and was very impressed with Tanya who was amazingly efficient, responsive and helpful. Her instructions for self check-in were super easy because of her clear explanations and photos. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is attention to detail , offering several places for toiletries, etc that many accommodations lack. I highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and lovely stay while visiting the tourist pack Cinque Terre. Coming back to our room after a busy day felt like heaven.

I can not recommend this place enough. I travelled solo and was so reassured by the instructions and kindness of Tania the host. Check in was easy and my room was beautiful. It’s right on the Main Street and easy to get to everywhere from. Breakfast is included in a nice place up the street and it was extremely clean and well looked after. Tania even let me leave my bag in the secure common area for no extra charge so I could explore in comfort on my day of leaving. I would recommend 6th land to anyone travelling to La spezia. It’s great!! Thank you

Nice place in a nice area!

Nice room in a suite on the second floor of an old building. No elevator, so have to carry luggage up two floors. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The common area shared with the other two rental rooms had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. It was easy to find and Tania was very nice, communicative and helpful. The rental is located in a great part of town near a lot of restaurants and it's an easy walk to the train station. I bought the Cinque Terre treno card, so it was convenient to walk to La Spezia Centrale station and take the regional train to Monterosso where I started the blue path hike to Vernazza, then Corniglia (5.5 mile hike total with 1,500' of elevation gain!) where I caught the train back to La Spezia. Super fun and beautiful hike! I enjoyed it there and would definitely come back when in the area again!

La Spezia trevel

The stay was good and everything went smoothly. The room was situated in good area with good access to restaurants and to the railway station. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast place was also really nice.

Really lovely stay

Really lovely stay. Room was very nice and so clean. I was travelling alone and this was the perfect place to be. Right on the main street so completley safe to get back to of an evening. Also only a 5-10min walk to train station so perfect. Tanya was a lovely host and messaged the day before I arrived which really put me at ease. Would definitely recommend, particularly if you are travelling alone like I was.

Chambre confortable et propre Emplacement parfait à proximité de la gare et du port pour la visite des Cinque Terre. Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil avec personnel parfait (renseignements sur les activités et la ville). Il faut savoir que cet accueil est limité :15h à 17h30 Les moins : - cafetière et théière sont dans une salle commune qui dessert 5 chambres et non dans sa propre chambre - le parking San Giorgio le plus près est à 100 euros pour 3 jours ; le parking Europa à 20 euros par jour est à 750 m (zone piétonne avec les valises)
