"We stayed 2 nights at the end of August. We had a beautiful and comfortable room at one of the gatehouses. The bed was comfy, there were several English tv channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well planned.
The breakfast was all self service. The quality of the breakfast was excellent but it would have nice to have someone explain that you have to make your own coffee (the coffee machine was well away from the breakfast buffet, almost at...
"This beautiful hotel, formerly a family home, is owned and run by the loveliest couple. Charming, friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the view from our room included a very full apricot tree, the fruit of which was part of the delicious breakfast we enjoyed in the back garden. Would return here if we are in St. malo again."
"Dejlige spisesteder lige i nærheden, det tager ca 20 minutter at gå ind til den gamle bydel. Der er holde plads til busruter lige uden for hotellet der også køre der ud for 2 euro. Rute 2 og 8. Garage i hotellets kælder der skal reserveres."
"Spændende historisk hotel med rigtig fin standard, venligt personale og god morgenmadsbuffet. Hotellet er beliggende i rigtig dejlige omgivelser. Eneste minus er, at parkeringsmulighederne er begrænsede. Man kan dog parkere nogle kilometer væk, og der er gode gratis busforbindelser ind til hotellet."

"Such a lovely welcome - they couldn’t have been more helpful. Hotel was perfectly placed, central for restaurants yet tucked away in the corner of intramuros. 30 second walk to the beach which was very welcome as it was really hot. Comfy beds & reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. "
