"The most confusing thing about this hotel is its name, “Hotel Seven and Spa.” If you arrive feeling tired and looking for a spa or hammam to relax and unwind, you would naturally expect these facilities to be available. However, it is just a hotel, with no spa at all. This is misleading and can create the wrong expectations for guests.
