"We were late for breakfast but could go for the late breakfast that was supposed to be viennoiseries and fruit. The viennoiseries were good, but the fruit were plain bananas and apples and there was no milk for the coffee, only creamer. That was quite disappointing."

"Hotel location is perfect. We had dinner as well. Food was so good. Breakfast was not buffet style but they served whatever we asked for. Room was not to big but was big enough. We were so happy to stay there. I recommend everyone to go and stay in this hotel"

"Nous avons été coincé dans l ascenseur pendant 30 minutes sans actions de l assistance Otis et du personnel qui n entendait nos cries ou nos tambourinages sur les portes alors que nous étions 4 personnes avec une vieille dame de 76 ans. Nous étions coincés entre le 1 et le rdc. Après 30 minutes comme par magie l ascenseur c est débloqué et nous avons dû nous dépêcher pour ne pas rater les restes du petit déjeuner."

"Hotel propre, relativement recent, bien situé à proximité immédiate de la forêt de Saint-Germain-en-laye, et non loin du centre-ville dynamique de cette même ville. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique mais de gros manquement dénotant un certain amateurisme ont émaillé mon séjour et m'ont poussé a écourter mon séjour. le coffre-fort de la chambre était inutilisable et des odeurs nauséabondes de fosses septiques émanaient de la salle de bain après chaque douche. "The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was extremely small for 3, but this is a budget Hôtel. There were no vending machines, only a desk clerk with a mini fridge. Finding the Hôtel was very difficult for us. Apparently the parking is meant to be in the parking garage immediately next door. We had no information on where to park and after much time wasted we finally chanced a random spot in the parking garage. Later, the desk clerk said we could have parked any where in there...

"This property is ideally located for exploring Saint Germain en laye and beyond. Very central. Metro station a few blocks away. Comfortable beds and extra pillows. Most usefully we had AC. . We went out for coffees and croissants so did not need and food services. They had some games and activities set up in the lobby for kiddos to keep entertained."

"The property is beautiful, the staff are super helpful, and the rooms very comfortable. Set in the Normandy countryside this was a wonderful, relaxing counterbalance following several hectic days at Disneyland Paris. The room we had was a suite with two rooms and a separate toilet. One room had a queen sized bed, a sink and a round tub. The other room had fold out double sofa bed, a sink, and shower. "What a charming hotel. The amenities were top notch and the view absolutely stunning. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The air conditioner wasn’t great, and that’s something I find to be a necessity when traveling, but thankfully I’d brought a mini fan, so it worked out well enough.
