"Hotel a little run down. Clean. Staff helpful when we needed them. Parking very difficult. Elevator worked well. Plumbing very noisy in the walls. Local gathering outdoor area across the street which can be noisy at times. Walking distance to a beautiful beach. "

"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

"Tiene muchas cosas buenas, está en el centro del puerto de la Cruz, cerca de todo, habitaciones excelentes,amplias, cogimos una para 3 adultos y tenía 3 camas cómodas y grandes, limpieza un 10, trato amable y muy bueno, precio excepcional. Pero tiene un par de contras, no tiene aparcamiento cerca y el ascensor comienza en la primera planta, no recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad."

"Really lovely peaceful stay at Kora Tigot. Beautiful apartment with lots of space for our family of 4, lots of good amenities like gym and laundry. Well equipped kitchen and free refillable water station. Lovely chilled pool, very clean. Free parking in the road. Local area is very quiet, mini supermarket around the corner. A very chilled holiday for us."

"Handy spot close to the south airport, which is why we booked it for a late evening arrival with a toddler. It’s a large hotel and, as others have mentioned, a little dated in places, but the apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being on the ground floor made it really easy to access the restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that an airport shuttle was advertised on Expedia, but when we contacted the hotel in advance to book this in, they said it...

"La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir"

"Hôtel très agréable, très bonne restauration (buffets très variés et de bonne qualité), ambiance tranquille un peu à l’écart du centre, tout en étant proche de tout. Seul petit bémol pour le service de chambre, les produits ne sont pas remplacés lorsqu’ils sont vides et le ménage laisse parfois à désirer. Tout rentre dans l’ordre dès le 1er appel à la réception mais cela fait défaut pour un 5*."

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"

"No contact whatsoever I had to pay the cleaner for the keys and she couldn't speak English no internet I was lucky to bump into her or I would have been stuck"

"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!"
