The hotel is super close to train station, close walking to the Dome etc. we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast providing delicious coffee, good assortments to start the day right! Thank you for making our vacation to Italy off to the perfect start. We definitely will stay again! Thank you especially to the front desk staff working all shifts setting up taxi service for airport to go back to Canada. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location near train station and so easy access when we arrived in florence. Has a lot of character and room was good. Could have done with easier access to charge phones and other tech within room. The bathroom was clean but could use a new coat of paint. Great and powerful shower. Very good breakfast and staff were very polite and friendly. I would stay there again. "
