True 5 star welcome. First time staying at the new Premier section. From accommodations to the entire staff. EXCELLENT!

Everything was perfect! Except the Check-in and check out process.Thats something they need to improve.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was easy and informative. I loved all of the Amenities especially the free room service. I definitely recommend that you upgrade to the excellence club. The food at Dommo (for excellence members only) was delicious!

This resort is amazing for family’s with kids 0-10 there is lots to do for them. For kids older than that there is not a lot for teen and early 20s crowd. The food was much better than expected from other reviews I had read but,I can see how it would get repetitive if you stay more than a week it also was not well labeled at the buffet as it was in Mexico. Bars often didn’t have things needed to make drinks which was more annoying than everything since you had to walk to other bars to find what you wanted. The grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. The major downfall to this resort is the staff, if you don’t speak fluent Spanish you will be ignored. 2 people had nut allergies in our group and some just didn’t understand even when we gave them the card the resort had provided us with. They all just seem like they are there to put in their shift and that is it. There is not much effort on their part to make you feel like you belong there. We have stayed at this resort in Mexico and assumed it would be super friendly and welcoming like they were but it was nothing like that. We also got charged 87$ extra a night(at the resort) for our daughter who turned 13 for some reason even tho it says 0-6 is free and 7-17 is half off, it made zero sense. Long story short for the price we had a great time, it does not compare to Mexicos resort and we will not return to the Domican resort again
