This was a great property with thought put in for a super stay, at the guest service centre staff were helpful and kind. The facilities for the summer were great, easy to wash and dry clothes, easy access to bus and train services

This hotel was the best one. It was a comfortable size and the shower was great. The location is not great if you want to use the train but we used taxis so it was fine. There is a 7-11 down the street and some local restaurants that are close by that were very good. Also several coffee shops. A Buddhist temple was right across the street. Make sure and visit.

not close to many restaurants or areas, mainly in a quiet homey area. have to bus to get around and busses are usually very crowded so not super convenient. place is VERY spacious for a Japanese hotel though and all amenities are provided as stated.

Loved this modern-japanese inspired place, very spacious bedroom and sofa area with a TV, and a separate kitchenette with fridgefreezer, microwave, kettle, sink, and electric hob. The bathroom was japanese, with a bidet toilet, separate sink, mirror, washer, and a bath-room/shower-room that had its own heating/cooling/ventilation. The area was a bit away from any train or subway but a quiet area which was pleasant to walk and only 10 minutes to the local subway, and enough options for food and convenience stores locally.

Comfortable stay with good in-apartment facilities

Logistics worked exactly as advertised, our luggage got delivered to our accommodation. Our apartment was nice and had all the facilities advertised. In the middle of a longer trip it was especially pleasing to have a washing machine, and the drying facility in the bathroom. On the downside, with three beds, there's very little space to open suitcases. Services in the immediate vicinity are limited, but at least the mandatory convenience store is nearby.

I and my friend had a pleasant stay. We were very grateful for their luggage delivery service because we arrived early in Kyoto before check in time. The staff were very pleasant to engage with. Our room was clean and organized and very cozy, it felt like home. Nobody would regret this place, as it is also close to a bunch of places.

Everything is good here but pay special attention to your emails before you arrive. Make sure you read the instructions well for checking in upon arrival. This hotel will have no reception area, no person to talk to and you will need your hotel main door pass code and you key cards to you room can be at the guest area from the train station or from the near by Sakura Hotel Ryu which is a block away.

前日まで泊まっていたステイさくら東本願寺に比べて、入り口やエレベーターのゴミが気になりました でも部屋は洗濯機もありとても快適で良かったけれど、東本願寺の方にはあったのにお風呂に洗面器がなかったのが残念でした😅
