"The room was clean and breakfast each morning was great. Maybe one comment I have is that for a hostel that claims to be eco-friendly, more could be done (e.g. heaters in the rooms are way too hot, laundry machines are old, etc). "Very nice place with good bus connections to the slopes. The service was incredibly friendly and we felt so welcome. The 2 bedrooms apartment was well equipped and big enough for a family of 4 (with adult children). The lounge area was very nice and cozy and the hosts organized fun events several times during our stay. All in all we can warmly recommend Bliss Lodging."

"Staying at Niseko Central specifically J’s Den was amazing. The property are very well maintained and kept, the location is excellent, very close to hirafu ski resort and kutchan town. Super nice house with all the amenities especially for 16 of us who are on our family vacations. Will definitely make a return!"

"The staff at Bliss Lodge were exceptional.
They were super friendly every morning and gave us a lift to the slopes (so we ended up being faster than people staying the the middle of Hirafu). They were also warm and helpful in last minute ad hoc requests which made our stay very smooth and memorable."

"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all."

"I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Immediately, I noticed the excellent service and attention to detail that was above my experience compared to other hotels in Hokkaido. Due to it being an off season, I had the whole Onsen to myself! The room is very spacious and has everything including a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and a walk out balcony. Even the slippers were so nice so I ended up buying the same brand later on my trip! For breakfast there are fruits, juices, and breads that you can grab. I was surprised that you choose a menu for breakfast and they had a Japanese and Italian option. We both went with Japanese and the fish was delicious! It comes many side dishes too! "
