"I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Immediately, I noticed the excellent service and attention to detail that was above my experience compared to other hotels in Hokkaido. Due to...
"We had an incredible stay at Kozue in Niseko! The customer service was exceptional. Natasha and the staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and so easy to get along with. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from arranging our airport pickup to helping us with snowboard equipment rentals and transportation. They even helped secure dinner reservations, making our trip seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming...
"This automated hotel near Kutchan Station exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire experience was seamless despite having no on-site staff, and I was impressed by both the cleanliness of my room and the functionality of the shared kitchen. Being able to cook my own meals was particularly convenient, especially after picking up local ingredients from nearby shops.
The location strikes a perfect balance - it's conveniently close to Kutchan Station while offering easy access to the greater...
"The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was a lack of their own transportation around town. "
"The property is about 50 yards from the ski lift. The room is spacious and well appointed. We had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave as well as flatware. The Onsen is smaller but nice and comfortable / relaxing. "
"Akazora aparment is excellent in every way. Location is walking distance to every highlight spots (AYA ski lift, Seico Mart, several restaurants in the same areas). Room is large and very clean, well equipped with kitchen and utilities. We are lucky to have the room with bathtub. Our room is at ground floor and we can see Mountain Yotei from our window, eventhough it was city view. Overall, our family (two adults and one little kid) is happy very much with ski trip and staying at Akazora. "
"Convenient near Otaru Canal, great breakfast, Japanese Style mix with American, has croissants bread, waffles and others was enough for the morning. Always rebook this hotel in winter season for a ski vacation trip."
