"We stayed here for 4 nights and had one of the rooms with 2 twin beds. It was a tight fit, but it got the job done. The staff picked us up when we got to the welcome center in hirafu promptly at the exact time we told the staff we would be there. The staff was extremely welcoming and assisted us with all needs. "A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. "
