The service by the staff is certainly top notch. Quality service and helpful where u won’t get it in any 5star hotel. Keep up the good work front desk staff.

Everything is wrong with this hotel. Do not stay here!!! I checked out as soon as I can & moved to another hotel nearby - Dorset Boutique Hotel & it was way way better than Lot 10. Rooms here in Dorset is bigger & more comfortable, so choose wisely next time cuz it might land you in hell for a few nights just like I did in Lot 10.

Pretty comfrotable. For the price paid, its a good stay. There's sufficient amount of parking for guest, although the fitness room is almost non existent as its really small and was locked when I visited. Breakfast was satisfying. Though one room switch to charge phone wasnt functioning.

ROOM 109-128, no safety box provided as mentioned is included in the room facilities .only shower tower and no small tower be provided. shower room water output was blocking and caused the shower water leak out. not feeling comfortable to walk on room tiles flooring coz there is no room slipper provided.

Comfortable stay

There are other hotels closer to the action in Kuching, but this one is fine. My room was large and clean, but there were only 4 hangers in the closet and no shelves anywhere, and the bend he with stools wasn’t great for working

Clean room, very good breakfast spreawe'll locatef

This was probably my fourth stay at the hotel. Well located - 5 minutes walk to Jalan Padungan and also to Choon Hui cafe where the late Anthony Bourdain had his bowl of Sarawak laksa. Room was clean and quiet. Check in and check out was fast. Hotel staff were friendly. Prices included buffet breakfast which had a good spread from Sarawak laksa, roti chanai, fried rice and noodles, porridge, french toast, baked beans, omelette station, fruits, coffee and tea.
