"Excellent location, Excellent staff, comfortable room, great hot water pressure, great toweks, comfortable bed and pillows, a lot of outlets and usb ports, quiet, great a/c. Only room for improvement is breakfast. Everything that should be hot is cold, not many choices for westerners. "

"Mandarin Oriental is rarely below superb. The rooms are exquisite. The service staff is phenomenal. Amenities are on spot. Just one dissapointment is that having given us an upgrade to a higher floor they didn't include the Club. It was a menial thing that the reception staff could have handled better. Or at least include the Petronas view. It was barely an upgrade. Completely different from The Prestige in Penang; they went all in but it is the Marriott experience. "

"Excellent stay. Kind staff. Good facilities, gym, pool etc. We had a suite on a higher floor and loved the views and the spaciousness. Kitchenette was helpful including fridge. Place was clean and comfortable. Our son was sad to leave after 4 nights. Location was nice, a little off the beaten path but close to much of the action. We walked everywhere. Would recommend!"
