"Mit unseren Aufenthalt in Krakau und besonders in diesem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Schon gleich am Anfang hat uns der Rezeptionist gleich ohne Aufforderung ein sehr schönes und vor allem ruhiges Zimmer im 1 Stock angeboten. Auch mit dem Parkplatz waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein interne Mitarbeiter ist extra mit uns raus aus dem Hotel gegangen um uns den genauen Standort des Parkplatzes zu zeigen. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde der Parklplatz während unseren Aufenthaltes extra für uns...
"Ładny,czysty hotel. Położony w spokojnej części Krakowa. Niedaleko rynku, około 10 min piechotą, blisko przystanków MPK, gdzie nie ma zbyt dużego ruchu turystów. Ma swój własny ogród/plac z bramą i parking. Pokoje czyste i duże. Śniadania urozmaicone i można siedzieć ile się chce. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła."
"Pretty clean but there was some noise traffic at night as my room faced the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful in booking excursions and taxis. Very patient with my butchered pronunciations. Enjoyed the vodka tasting! Hotel was very close to market square, walkable distance with convenience stores close by."
"Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable and just a few blocks away from everything in Old Town. Parking, however, is a nightmare. I did not know when booking to reserve a parking space so that really needs to be added to the description! I was lucky to find one after circling several times. (Lots of one-way streets so that was not a simple proposition.)"
"Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful."

"Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too. "
