"Lovely stay. Good response to an issue in our roon with air con. Asked for more shower gel on second day and didnt get any the rest of our time there! Hairdryer worked but not powerful! We mentioned a special occassion on booking but no acknowledgement of this? The room was clean and made up daily with fresh towels if needed. Comfortable bed and quiet."
