"The property is amazing however there wasn't and info for public transfer and it was a bit too much of a walk to get back into town after a long busy day. Giving that, it was only £3-4 in a Bolt taxi onto the main square so it wasn't bad at all. The place really is a treat to stay at."

Die Innenstadt war auch sehr gut und schnell mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar.

"The property was exactly as described, 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 6 people in total. Very spacious & light. 50” TV with Netflix, free internet, large bathroom with bath, shower toilet & washing machine, additional separate toilet room. Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & crockery. Plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. In a good location, only 15 minutes walk to main market square, 30 minutes walk to Wawel Royal Castle...
"Excellent property. We were concerned about the noise being in such a busy area but it was not an issue. Staff was amazingly courteous & helpful. Transportation was excellent! Close to the main station, a mall & pick/up point for tours. Will definitely return!"

"Wir waren zu viert plus Hund dort, das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und schön, wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit einer Verbindungs Tür, das war optimal, wir konnten zusammen sein oder die Tür zu machen, es gab zwei Bäder, alles super und sauber. Wir hatten auch das Buffet Frühstück, alles sehr frisch, lecker und abwechslungsreich, auch das Schwimmbad war zwar eher klein aber sehr schön und sauber, wir waren vollkommen begeistert und zufrieden und würden das Hotel...
"we had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, the breakfast food was amazing! it had a great selection and it was very fresh and tasted amazing!
The staff was attentive and pleasant. I was staying with my daughter and we both loved it there. We will definitely consider staying there again when we are back in Krakow and would highly recommend it to our friends."
