Breakfast was good & fresh. Room huge & very clean, had all we needed. Location was good to access tram straight into old town/main square but easily walkable in about 15/20 mins

The hotel is nice & professional, & the staff were all first rate, but it's been built with no sound insulation. The people in the room next door to mine kept me awake until 1am. They weren't being that loud, but I could hear everything. My phone could translate their conversation. I could also hear the bathroom fans from 3 or 4 rooms away. I was up early so only got about 4 hours sleep...

It s not a central hotel but with 1 € you can reach the center in 12 minutes . The public transport is reliable and efficient . My problem was that I haven’t slept ( although I requested a silent room) : first night the noise of the a/c ( although it was not active ) and second the noise of a group next to my room till 2am. You can hear a fart from the next door , immagine a party with 5 drank person at night. It s not a hotel fault however . Staff fast and polite. Breakfast ok , lots of choice . Overall 4 points out of 5.

Very nice hotel, quiet area the majority of the time, 5 minute walk from tram station to get you anywhere. Quiet hotel and lovely hotel rooms, staff there if you need them.

A very well managed hotel, but not so well built. Mechanical noise and transmission of neighbor's conversations marred an otherwise excellent stay. Wifi problems were solved immediately with a portable router. Room was super clean and the parking is great. I didn’t buy breakfast, which looked pretty good, but they kindly allow free coffee. Too bad about the AC ducts. This is a very nice hotel.

Delicious, buffet breakfast served, free parking. Hotel located close to old town, around 30min of walk. Clean and spacious room. Restaurant serves delicious food. Overall we had a fantastic stay in the hotel. Friendly and polite staff.

Very nice and lovely hotel, and I plus for that you can load your electric car. Minus for it was outside the center of Krakow. And not so many restaurants in the near.

Property says the spa is available for all guest but once you go to use it, it’s an additional cost. The gym had broken equipment as well. The restaurant made our drinks wrong twice and the service was not good.

The hotel is very new and very quiet. It is quite far from the center but has a free parking. We felt the breakfast was overpaid: there no buffet but they bring you bunch of breads / cheeses / meats to your table. There's a self service coffee machine and a bottle of orange juice. The second day we also got a menu with a choice of hot dishes to choose from (the first day they've forgotten), we took the waffles but they were not very good. The sauna was closed because of Corona although there were almost no other people in the hotel and we could have used it safely. Also no daily room cleaning because of Corona. You get 2 small bottles of water in your room, but just the first day (we asked to get new ones the second day but didn't get them)

Ficamos em um quarto triplo com sofá cama, gostamos muito, pois o quarto era grande com frigobar, mesa, poltronas e sofá e chaleira elétrica. Cama confortável, e banheiro grande. Café da manhã maravilhoso! 3 km de caminhada para chegar no Centro Histórico, caminhando tranquilamente. Gostamos muito do atendimento.

Lett å komme til fra flyplass og sental togstasjon. Hyggelig betjening og bra service på hotellet. Vi var tre personer som fikk et rom på 35 kvm og et stort bad på 20 kvm med både badekar og dusjkabinett. Vi hadde et behaglig opphold og vil gjerne bo der igjen.
