"5つ星ホテルという事で、期待をしていましたが、それ以上の満足感がありました！レセプションのスタッフをはじめ皆さんとてもお優しくいい方々でした。お部屋もとても清潔感や居心地も大変良くベッドも寝心地がとても良くぐっすり寝られました。"

"Lovely hotel, really well located, easy walking distance to both the Old Town & the Jewish Quarter. Proper supermarket across the road and a couple of hundred yards to Grzegórzki station, for trains to and from the airport. About 25 minutes' pleasant walk to the MDA bus station & Glowny train station. Super comfortable & clean hotel too. Lovely room, all nicely maintained, very pleasant staff. We dined in the 'Fab Fusion' restaurant a few nights and it was perfect. We'd definitely stay here...

"The Betmanowska Main Square Residence is an optimal base for visiting Krakow. Every aspect of our four-day stay was superb. Karolina was exceptionally helpful in arranging airport pickup, tour, and other travel details. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. They even provided sandwiches to take along for a tour with an early morning departure time. I easily recommend Betmanowska when visiting this beautiful city."

"チェックアウト後も室内プールやシャワーを借りられました！シャワーはプールにあるもので、１つです。 また、日本のようなシステムではなく、男女共有の更衣室で簡易的に使うものです。とてもきれいでした！"

"Very nice, clean and nice personale"

"Beautiful property. Staff were exceptionally friendly and restaurant there has great food as well. Would 100% stay again."

"Loved this hotel right in the old town, the room was super spacious and the staff wonderful!"

"Our suite was a lovely size with cooking facilities ,coffee making facilities, lovely bathroom & minibar. The hotel was perfect for exploring the old town, a couple of minutes walk to the main square and a 20 min walk to the Jewish Quarter. The hotel has a mini-mart next door and bars and restaurants on the same street yet we heard no noise at all. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and some different items each morning. The staff were all very friendly, we would definitely stay...

"Good location and nice decor. Soft towels and pillows. Only downside was that the windows don't open and the room was too warm even on the lowest a/c setting."
