Simply Awesome

We simply could not have been happier with the accommodation, staff and location. We really appreciated the on-site parking and help with tour arrangements. We loved Krakow and ended up extending our stay in the same room.

This was one of the best, if not the best apartment I've ever stayed at. It was large. The kitchen was perfect size. The bathroom was massive with a large shower and a bath. The separate bedroom was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortabe. It was conveniently located about half way between the train station and the old town where everything is happening. There aren't any large grocery stores near the apartment but several convenience stores that had most of what you'd need. Also the apartment was basically right beside a market that had stalls selling vegetables, fruit, meat, flowers and many other things. Obviously I loved this place.Beyond 5 stars.

Perfect apartment in perfect location

The AGA Tenis Apartment was excellent. Everything about it was perfect! (A comfortable bed, quality furnishings, a well equipped kitchen which was great for breakfasts before our busy days, great closet spaces to unpack a bit, a great walk-in shower, fabulous location less than a 10 minute walk to the Market Square.) And my praise would not be adequate without mentioning the great staff. Our interactions pre-arrival concerning check-in, were helpful, and in person were warm and professional. I highly recommend AGA Tenis Apartments. It would absolutely be our first choice if we have the opportunity to return to krakow.

Fantastic 2nd stay at hotel

This was our second start at hotel. Only 5 minutes walk from old city and main square. Peking room was fabulous. Very comfy beds. Loved the sauna. Very modern. Kitchen well equipped. Staff very friendly and responded quickly. Definitely recommend.

Nice one bedroom apartment. Comfortable. Breakfast is in a hotel across the street, it was okay, not bad, just okay. Make sure you communicate as reception hours are limited. Do not expect much help from the hotel staff on anything of substance.

Perfect stay in every way

Absolutely brilliant. We travelled with our two young children, and they kept asking to go back to the apartment as they loved it there so much! (Krakow was great as well of course!!). The themed room, with the memorabilia from Aga’s incredible career was a bonus for an apartment that was impeccably clean, well equipped and ample in space and storage for a family. We particularly liked the addition of a coffee machine, which made the early mornings with kids more enjoyable! Location is perfect, with it being around 2 mins walk from the old town streets, and quiet enough that it isn’t too touristy in the area. Breakfast is served at the hotel across the street and is perfect in every way. The only negative is we couldn’t stay longer (we did even look to rearrange some plans!!). For couples, families or anyone else, it’s excellent.

Did not return the incidentals deposit.

I have been travelling on business for the last year. I would put better scores and provide better feedback BUT I have no time and will to track all deposit payments returned, or remind personnel to do so. I do not see the incidentals deposit hit back my back account 2 weeks after the checkout. I used none of your minibar services and needed none. Taking incidental deposits and not returning them is fraud or negligence. Now I will be back to Krakow and will not return here just because for 150 PLN. This is not the way business is done. Otherwise thank you

Very close to central square and main train station. We were at apartment within 30mins of getting on train at airport and then from Glowny. Stayed in Sydney room. Nice and spacious. Water pressure for shower was good and bed comfortable. Sylvia was very very helpful on our checkout helping store our luggage and water after a hectic and hot day. Went out of her way. Was our second time here in Krakow and would definitely pick this over previous (which was also very good).

Amazing hotel, staff very friendly. Stayed here with my girlfriend for valentines, the hotel organised for flowers and prosecco and laid petals on the bed. They went above and beyond what I expected, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Really luxurious apartment (Beijing). Large and airy. Quiet. Great bathroom with shower and sauna. Comfy bed. Loved the salt cave room. Had it to ourselves both days. Great location. 2 minute wall from the Barbican. Lots of fab restaurants in walking distance. Well stocked kitchen. Breakfast (cold continental) OK.
