Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very clean, and the maid service came every day. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This was our second time staying at the PURO Hotel in Kraków, and we will definitely be staying again. We highly recommend it!

We were impressed at the design of the room which managed to maximise the limited space in a functional and aesthetic way. Though the premise was busy on our one night stay the effective room insulation and quality of bed ensured a good nights sleep. Staff at check in were both pleasant and efficient.

This hotel was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and respectful. They had great service awareness. They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5.

The hotel was very close to the train station, you could see it as soon as you exited. It was also close enough to old town. We had 2 rooms, a double room and a triple room. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a safe and a mini fridge. The triple room was huge with large windows. We ate at the hotel restaurant HINT and it wasn’t bad but not as great as the restaurants in old town.

Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^

The hotel was beautiful but what really made the experience unforgettable was the cocktail masterclass given by Olivia! She was so knowledgeable and generous with her time! I learned a lot and had a brilliant time ! PURO hotels are amazing and I’d love to stay in the others they have!
