Ok I guess for a hostel in Hong Kong. Blankets I was given were questionably clean, so I bought another one. Hardly had any hot water, even after turning it “on” 10 mins before a shower. I think one of the desk attendants actually “lives” in the lobby, as he was always sleeping on the couch after hours. Pretty strange I thought.

There is only a electric outlet in the mixed dorm. The shower have not hot water at all. Overall experience in “chongqing” building is awful.

Very bad hostel.

The beddings and linens are very unhygienic they dont change beddings but reuse the used one from the previous guests. When you enter the room the smell is so awful. The Filipina receptionist is so mean.

The Bad Experience in Hongkong

The pictures you've shown in your advertisement is very very very wrong. The rooms are very very small, dirty, no toiletries, no towels. The hotel charge a 15% cleaning charge but during our stay for 6 nights, beddings was not change at all. Very very bad. Please don't include this in your hotel choices. A lot og guest are complaining. No lobby, no reception area,

Worst place ever

The worst place ever I have been. The staffs didn't give us tower. Also, we had to pay extra room service charge when we enter to counter. We had to wait elevator every 10 minutes to go upstairs and downstairs. Last night, we saw cockroach. That was the worst part ever.

Hyvää oli sijainti, toimiva wifi ja kuuma vesi. Huonoa sokkeloinen rakennus ja vain yksi hissi. Joskus hissiä joutui odottamaan 15 min. Rappusia voi käyttää, mut jos huone 16 krs?! Kylppäri tosi pieni ja vähän homettakin oli. Sopii jos vaan täytyä yöpyä 1-2 päivää.

별도금액 지불 : 예약한 금액의 10%를 청소비로 별도로 요청하고 이를 지불해야만 했음. 위생상태 : 방에는 소독약 냄새가 가득 했으며 환기가 되지 않음. 침구류는 더러웠음. 대부분의 주인이 인도사람으로서 매우 불결했음. 중경(Chungking Manson)절대 피해야 할 숙박지역임. 관리자도 이 지역을 Hotel.com 판매지역에서 뺄것을 권유함.

Satisfactory room stay

After booking and payment made than there’s information about service taxes which is 15% on TOP of the roomrates which have been paid, to pay cash upon arrival. Hotel.com should have this charges inclusive n transparent. This is the first time that I experience such with hotel.com. Upon checking in the rooms are not like what in the pic, it’s smaller n not very clean. Single ladies travellers , I would recommend to stay in this area of Chungking mansion for safety reason.

Stayed in Hong Kong for the first time.

It's a surprised and didn't expect this hotel condition but no choice since I hv paid for the room for 5 nights, toilet room leaking, TV n phone not working but at least air conditioning is working. Noisy midnight you can hear people laughing, knocking door and children crying and also people talking. Location is good for walking distance. The lift I have to wait for some time n the smell is not clean. Milda a Filipino lady who is helpful during our stay.

not for ladies. Scary place

Two of us booked 1 night because Expedia offered the amazing cheap rate. But when we went there, we decided not to stay because of the room was terrible, the staff were impolite. Staff kept talking another language that we did not understand and that made us felt scary of them. They asked us to pay for the cleaning cost, not expensive but the room did not clean at all. You can see people walking pass your room by looking at the floor. Same that people can see you by looking the floor from outside your room as well. The elevator were crowded. We waste about 30 mins, just waiting for the lift. Compare with price, this hotel might be worth. The price very low that why the standard also very low.
