The place is in a sketchy area and is almost impossible to locate. The address listed is not where the building is. Surprisingly once inside it was it was very adequate. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was new and clean. it is about what you would expect for the price.

With the Australia. Dairy Company right by the building, there is always a cheap, convenient, and delicious food option while everywhere in hong kong affordable michelin star restaurants are nor more than a 15 minute subway ride away. Additionally, there is a station of the Tsuen Wan line 100m away giving easy access to the main island or anywhere else.

I was denied the booking stating that they didn’t receive the booking. Refused to allow me to use their phone outside the lobby to contact Wotif. I had to go and buy a new SIM card to call and email Wotif. Found out that there are no other guest at the hotel. Received an email 30 minutes to midnight after much hassle and I have already booked another hotel to inform me that they received the booking 5hrs late and that they have staff at the reception at 11:30pm!!! I had to pay extra for the prepaid sim, another taxi to the next hotel and also other hotel fee! I now have received the email from Wotif to say that the hotel will not refund but because I am a Wotif loyal customer, Wotif will refund the hotel fee themselves. Who is to cover my other expenses??? Utterly disappointed guest.

第一次入住，感覺很好

附近吃飯的餐廳很多，地鐵站就在對面，地點好得沒話說，房間真的不大，建議不要帶太大的行李箱，浴室的邊上有發霉，如果不介意的話清潔度還算可以，床鋪偏硬，價格在這個地段已是很不錯了，接待人員很客氣，願意幫忙解決問題

It’s run by a friendly family. Don’t be put off by the environment as I felt very safe during my stay there. I must agree though with reviews from previous visitors- improvements on the sound proof is needed.

決して広くはないですが非常に清潔で思ったより静かで快適でした。入り口がわかりにくいので最初に辿りつくまでが大変でしたが…。トイレとシャワーの一体型は初めてでしたがすぐに慣れるので問題ないです。ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

入口がわからなかった。マンション名を探したらすぐに見つかった。スタッフは親切で、いろいろと教えてもらった。ビルの管理（？）のおじちゃんも印象が良かった。トイレとシャワールームが古い感じ。狭い部屋だけど、テレビもドライヤー、電気ポット、タオル、歯ブラシもあり。翌日、ベットメイクもしてあった。

Overall is very good experience. But the you can hear all kind of voices from the street, car honking, toilet flushing from next door. Location is very good as is near to MTR station. Room is small but it is expected in Hong Kong. Staff is very friendly.

Great Location, Comfy

I had the "Hong Kong" mural room. The place is located off of Jordan Road that can be entered from Parkes or Pilkem St. Overhead there is a sign on the building entrance that says "Lucky House." There are four elevators, two in one area and two a bit further down. The office is located on the fourth floor. The office is open from 11am to 9pm, any other time I believe you have to call for assistance to check-in. There is an express check-out to drop off your key in the office if it is outside those hours. I was then given my room which was on another floor. There is a security gate to unlock with the key, down a short corridor, past another door where three of the rooms are located. This door uses a proxy card as well as the room I would stay in, which was I had to squeeze my way past a storage locker. The room... was tiny. There was some floor space when I entered, a bathroom where the toilet and sink are in the shower room, and a bed that went from one wall to the other. There is a reason they used a fisheye lens to take a photo of the room! This place is meant for resting and cleaning up, not to stay in all day. (I noticed they now call it a hostel) The place was kept up well, the sheets were clean, AC worked, free WiFi, no problem with noises. The location is great. The Jordan MTR station is a block away, as well as the A22 bus that goes right to the airport. There are PLENTY of restaurant options including a Michelin awarded noodle house right across the street for cheap.
