"Rooms were very clean and maintained daily. Staff were very friendly and welcome drinks were nice. Luggage storage was great and was very handy for when we arrived early. Close to train which was helpful when going into the city (quick ride). Close universal studios which was exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was really good and had a wonderful variety. Tickets for universal studios could be purchased from the hotel, which was fabulous. Couches in the lobby were stained and as a first impression would be good to have them cleaned. The welcome lounge was nice, but would be good if it stayed open longer. Possibly a few different items for the kids at the welcome lounge (similar to Oriental Tokyo Bay), could be another suggestion. But all in all, it is great!"
