U Rip needs some up keeping around the property and especially the pool. It’s nice and quiet where this hotel is located and away from the crazy nightlife but within walking distance so you can go and check it out but come back to quietness. They didn’t have any beach loungers which would have been nice. The all inclusive breakfast is very limited.

We Stayed in the family villa and it was amazing, the pool was great after walking around the island in the heat all day. Water, Pepsi orange juice and some snacks were provided in the room for free. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay. Woukd absolutely stay here again!

Staff is fantastic. The location was a 15 minute walk from the ferry and in a quiet area. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with pool. The rooms were quite small and the pool had alot of bugs and my kids only used it for a half hour over the 2 nights we were there.

We were placed in a brand new building they had just finished. We may have been the first to stay there. The room was clean but the door dosnt reach the floor so misquitos and other bugs can get in. They had no nets so we had to use a towel to block the bottom. Overall its a nice hotel they will take your bags from the ferry but didnt offer to help us take them back.

Very dirty hotell, the room was maybe 2 stars in the best way. The bed was so hard to sleep on. Not possible to have a good night sleep. Back pain.

My room was so bad that I checked in and checked out two hours later. I'm very disappointed. The photos did not reflect what the hotel actually looks like in person. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was filthy. The room was dirty as a whole. It was a hike to get to and from my room. I would not recommend anyone stay here, ever. Can't express enough how disappointed I am and also upset I have to type this on my vacation.

I was not able to make it to the hotel sunce my flight arrived In late and there were no means of getting to the property, I called the hotel with no answer and wrote messages , contacted the expedia desk with no Answer from the hotel side untill it was already too late, they still charged me for the whole stay In this situation I think there are no cancelation policies that agree with this abuse. The name of the property should be “U rip my money”

Je n’ai jamais aussi été mal reçu sur hôtel.com ou en Thaïlande (7e séjour). Grosse arnaque surtout n’y allez pas ! - première fois en 7 fois en Thaïlande que je trouve des thaïlandais pas aimable, insultant - hôtel vétuste ne ressemble pas aux photos - piscine eau très sale + pas de joints de carrelage donc de la moisissure partout + pas de serviette à partie de 3pm - chambre très très humide, et très très sale

Bagage pris en charge à la descente du ferry par les équipes de l’hôtel .. la qualité de service et de prestations générales de cet hôtel est très satisfaisant. Les chambres sont récentes et bien entretenues.. tout est hyper propre et personnel au petits soins. Seul bémol , le buffet de petit déjeuner très très moyen ( cafe soluble, aucunes viennoiseries…. ). Sans cette ombre , le tableau serait parfait .

시설이 그렇게 좋지는 않아요 그냥 일반 호텔 같은 느낌 입니다 대신 화장실이 건식 타일이라 저는 정말 만족 했구요 리조트 수영장이랑 바로 옆 비치는 너무 잘되어 있어서 재미나게 놀았어요 근데 1박 당 수건은 2장 밖에 제공을 안해주시더라구요 이 부분이 좀 아쉬웠어요 항구까지 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸리는데 체크인,체크 아웃 할때 짐을 실어다주시는 서비스 덕분에 편했습니다 왠만한 놀거리나 먹거리들이 항구 부근에 위치해 있어요 대신 먼 거리는 아니라 이 정도는 괜찮았습니다 가성비가 좋아서 다음번에도 이용할거 같아요

Nicht zu empfehlen

Hotel und Insel haben uns nicht gefallen. Reinigung, Sauberkeit könnten bei beiden helfen. Nur der größe Pool war sauber, ind den kleineren sind wir nicht rein. Zimmer nicht schön, Hotel könnte generell besser gereinigt werden. Wir haben die Insel einen Tag früher verlassen, da wir enttäuscht waren.

Muito bom!

O hotel fica numa praia deserta incrível, tem boas instalações e uma ótima piscina. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, com pouca variedade. Staff prestativo e serviço de transporte gratuito de bagagens do píer ao hotel e vice versa.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich! Die Lage is perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit wunderbarem Sandstrand vor der Tür und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Der Pool ist sehr groß aber leider nicht sehr tief wodurch das Wasser sehr warm ist. Das war aber weiterhin kein Problem für uns.

Hotellet var hyffsat nybyggt, låg på en höjd längst bort på den gångväg man gjort bort från centrum, bra med fri skjuts upp och ner med golfbil, backen var inte att leka med! Poolen var liten och varm, delades likt receptionen med hotellet framför. Frukosten var usel, thaimat och vitt bröd i stort sett. Fanns inte ens kaffe? Bara varmt vatten o pulver som på rummet... Personalen mkt hjälpsam och trevlig dom vanligt i thailand

Superbe emplacement, quasi les pieds dans l'eau. Du coté calme de kho phi phi. Les petits déjeuners et repas sont pris avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Petit déjeuner varié. L'accueil et la dévotion du personnel sont au top. Nous avions une chambre dans les hauteurs et les voituriers anticipaient tout le temps nos besoins en nous remontant. Chambre confirme avec mini bar gratuit eau, boissons, jus et snacks salés. Seul bémol nous avions une litetie neuve qui était trop ferme à notre goût.

Apart from the nice peoples working there nothing enjoyable with this hotel/resort. We had the worst rom ever, with a small balcony looking to our neighbors between the bars of the balcony. Breakfast tasteless. The restaurant have seen better days. What to say: U RIP never again!
