Awesome place to stay. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and ready to help at all times. Stayed at Villa 106. Room was big, clean. Had no issues whatsoever with shower, A/C etc. Located right on the beach the place is excellent for those who enjoy late night parties. If you are looking for a quiet place then this place is probably not a good choice as the music on the beach blasts until 2:30 am.

While you think it would be non stop partying with a name like Ibiza it wasn’t in a good way. Yes, there is a bumping pool party a few times a week but there’s also a 2nd pool that’s chill. I had a one bed private room that was relatively quiet, although I was getting back late and sleeping in…a lot.

Buen hotel para fiestas! Justo frente a la playa

Hablando de las habitaciones privadas de hotel, son muy espaciosas, suficientemente cómodas y tienen entrada privada. El baño no está en perfecto estado, la ducha moja todo. Si querés ir a un hotel de fiesta, este es el adecuado. Hay una pool party tres veces por semana y fiestas en la playa todos los días. A tener en cuenta, la música se escucha fuerte desde la habitación hasta la 1 am que terminan las fiestas. Si te cuesta dormir con música, mejor elegir otro hotel. La mejor playa accesible caminando está justo frente al hotel. Sin embargo, está a unos 800/900 metros desde el puerto principal de la isla donde te deja el ferry. El hotel ofrece servicio de traslado de valijas gratuito para no tener que cargarlas hasta el hotel.

Me retuvieron el pasaporte porque no tenia efectivo para dejar com deposito, cuando la estadia ya estaba abonada al 100%. No aceptaron deposito con tarjeta. Insolito e ilegal que te retengan los documentos

Noisy rooms not worth the cost

1) the room in the pictures when you see them in the add looks like its big and have a balcony, or at least some windows with some kid of view( I don't ask for sea view). In reality the rooms are small and are in a corridor with uralita celling ( very noisy and heat). Looks like a bank house.So the windows look to a corridor of more rooms with no privacy at all. I complained to reception when I saw the room but there didn't try to help in any way. 2) it's party place so guests arrive during all night making noise and even more noisy due to the corridor design. the walls between the rooms are very thin, you Hear everithing 3)At 8am the construction beside started 4) At 9am the housekeeping was in the corridor talking laud and using wacky talky, very annoying. This is a room for young people when they are parting, can't cost 80 Euros. its a cheap installation not worth the money they charge

Is not worth the price

The hostel has a good structure and it’s close to everything. However, one of the receptionists was not that sympathetic and she was a bit rude once that I didn’t understand what she was saying. There is a big problem about the time for the air conditioner to work - from 5pm to 11am - not enough for an extremely hot weather as Thailand has. A girl I met was feeling sick and she had to stay for hours in a very hot room. In case you have problems to sleep with loud music, don’t stay here. There is party everyday on the beach and it goes until 1am. If you love parties and don’t care about sleeping a bit, this a place for you. think for the price we pay, comparing with the prices in this island, it should improve its service.

Great location with beautiful pools right by the beach but.. if you book a private “deluxe” room, it is very loud at night since you share a patio with the other guests, similar to a motel style with a tin roof so it echos. I would have spent the extra money on a villa if I would have known. The water in the room was salty making you feel sticky. Breakfast was ok, next to the beach.

よかったです！ ドミトリーを予約しました。トイレ、バスの清潔さには期待していなかったので問題なく利用出来ました。 立地がよく、スタッフの対応もよくて、プールも綺麗で、眺めも最高です。 ただ、夜中までクラブミュージックが聞こえる為、ゆっくり過ごしたい方にはお勧めしません。

When you have a place called Ibiza House you expect it to be a party place. Well it is. There are 2 pools, one very quiet and in front of our villa and another close to beach there they do the night parties. I liked everything about the hotel expect 2 things - the breakfast is very very poor, and if you arrive late the quality of the food is deteriorating, since they don’t have coolers for the food. The 2nd bad thing is the amount of plastics in the resort and around the resort. They should ban plastics - the beach was dirty with cigarettes buds and plastic cups and straws everywhere. Makes me sad and furious about these behaviors when you are in a paradise like Phi Phi but hotels have a big part in this, by selling their products in plastics. Forbids plastics in your hotel and together, we can have a cleaner place to swim and more preserved one. If you’re looking for party stay here, but if you wish to relax or have a clean beach, do not stay here.

Loved the villas away from the pool party but close enough to go out and enjoy the only bad thing I will say was that breakfast was not the best and wouldn't recommend people to buy it unless it's already included in your room.

It doesn't worth the price

I've stayed with a friend in a private room and we chose there because of the pool parties. In general, I would say that it is way too expensive for what you get. Thin wooden walls, dirty room, and we ran out of water for hours. It is pretty noisy until 01A.M., but for me that was ok. For sure that are better choices in the island, even for party people.

Ibiza is an amazing hotel and the rooms are wonderful. It’s so peaceful during the day. If you are not a night owl the music from the bars close to the hotel might bother you, but in our case, we were so tired that it really didn’t matter. Staff was kind and friendly. Many restaurants and bars just steps away from the hotel. would definitely stay there again

Great stay

Great location next to the beach and next to the party. It is the quiet place next to the party. It is peaceful during the day but you can hear the music when the beach parties are happening. I didnt mind it because it ends at 1 am. The rooms are away from the foot traffic so relaxing in your room or in the pool is not a problem. Pool is very chill and has a swim up bar. The party pool is just a 2 minute walk away. Will stay here again next trip.

Location is good but?

We stayed with my wifi in ibiza house.Location is good but everything was very old in the room. Breakfast was so bad.Vegetables were not fresh and there was not something to eat.Pool party? I couldnt see a real party, there was just music and people were playing some kind of games at the pool :) Finaly they should overhoul rooms, breakfast and pool party program.
