Amazimg Beach Hotel

Amazing property and staff, we enjoyed ebery minite of our stay. The hotel was a bit older and more worn then the pictures indicated, but it was still a fabulous property! The staff was amazing and took care of all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Super nice location, just by the water and a 10minute walk from the harbour and city centre. 15min walk away from the bars, clubs and Beach parties so very quiet all day. Nice pool and Beach bar, nice rooms with balconys.

Location was great and had access to sun beds on the beach. Could arrange for long boat day trips to pick you up from the beach right outside hotel which was convenient. Hotel provided beach towels. Room balcony did not lock. Major leak in toilet ceiling meaning it could not be used. Rooms felt cramped due to lay out. Rooms felt dirty. Shower was always cold and had fluctuating water pressure. Overall the hotel needs a major renovation.

Stay was fine but wasn’t good value for money

After reading the reviews before we were due to stay, I was very nervous about what the hotel would be like. I thought the hotel was fine, not as bad as some of the reviews made out (in my own experience), but in hindsight we wouldn’t have paid the amount we did for what we got. When we arrived, we were met at the pier by a hotel member of staff who took our bags and we walked for about 10 minutes to the hotel. Check in process was easy. Room was big. Good at first glance. However, there was a lot of dust on some of the surfaces, the shower head only stayed on the holder when it was off (so you had to hold it when you showered), the toilet smelled like drains, and the worst part for us is that there was a small bit of sand inside the bedsheets, which is so hard to get rid of!

Executive Suite - Sea view

I have a mixed feeling about this place. If I have to sum up this hotel in one sentence, it is a motel in a great location and amazing view. Pros - great view and location - Quiet. Perfect for those who want to stay away from the busy area, or family - 5 star view from the window Cons - no room service each day. - AC isn’t cold enough during the day when it’s hot out - I had to come down to front desk every day for new bath towel and toilet paper.

Please think twice before staying here. Our room smelled like mould, the shower was cold, the sheets were disgusting, the tap was broken and overall the room gave us the creeps. We love hostels and all kinds of accommodations and this one was the worst. Incredibly expensive and the photos look way nicer than it is.

Not the cleanest place and the bathroom smells really bad. Pretty good location there is a market right by and the center of Ton Sai is like a 10-15 min walk. The buffet breakfast closes kind of early and is meh and the staff are just kind of there, not rude but definitely noticed the difference in hospitality compared to other places. Also the in room safe isnt attached to anything. I would try to find another place if you are staying in Phi Phi but its not terrible but not at all worth the price.

Quality and condition of the hotel is very poor. Additionally, the lock falls almost out of the door. The safe doesnt work and can just be taken out of the closet, water heater doesnt work, credit card processing, doesnt work. Cash only etc etc..

The hotel is so run down and needs a total face lift ,the rooms smelt really bad and the toilet and shower smelt really damp ,the shower broke off the wall and the maintenance fix it but left a screw in the shower which my wife stood on as the ligthing is non existent,the hotel is so over priced its unreal ,would never stay again and would recommend anyone to try and find somewhere else to stay ,its a shame as if the hotel was looked after it could be really nice

WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It might look nice in the pictures but that’s as far as it goes. The room was filthy, dust, suspicious stains on the walls, ripped and stained bed sheets, cold shower that just trickled, leaking basin tap, broken toilet that barely flushes or refills, can not shut toilet door as it’s so small, everything is rusty all over and rotten balcony rails, ceiling covered in mould from barely working air conditioning, a rusted old fridge full of ice, overall this is the worst place I have ever stayed in and for $100 a night it is basically robbery.

Like. Beachfront property, minimal steps to room, however no lifts, so if anyone is disabled this hotel wouldn’t work. What I didn’t like. In my view I was very disappointed with this hotel. In fact it wasn’t a hotel it’s was a large shack. Disgusting, filthy, unsafe, outdoor patio door did not lock. This “hotel” is more like a hostel. Breakfast was shocking, we ate elsewhere, room smelt, standards not exceptable, staff not very friendly or experienced, no customer service. All in all DO NOT STAY HERE.
