We showed up to Phi Phi without a place to stay. Booked this place because it was a couple minute walk to the pier and town and because the pool picture looked great. When we got there and seen the pool I was so excited and pleased! The pool are was amazing!!! Very clean. Huge pool and very quiet. The hotel is older and could use some updates but we were totally happy with what we found and it was o my 100.00 USD for the night and included a a buffer breakfast which was great also. I would highly recommend this hotel just on the pool alone and its convenience to town.

I have been coming here 20 years. Best Best location on Phi phi Don. Great Pool. Great view. But, owner needs to update the showers - it is 40 years old. Old green tiles. Old shower heads. No elevators!! Needs better breakfast. This is suppose to be a 5 star hotel. At current condition- I would only give it 2 stars only. Owner needs to update it - seriously. Not up to standards now.

Location and the pool view were amazing! The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, they had a woman cooking fresh eggs. The bathrooms were disappointing. The shower head did not work and the overall bathroom was old and showing signs of disrepair.

The hotel has a specular view and it´s very convenient just few steps from the dock. However, the room was extremely dirty. We had to help the staff to move the beds and other furniture around to make sure they could clean the floor properly.

I wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pool was wonderful and we liked the breakfast. The staff was great and it's in a convenient location. But the bathroom was in really rough shape. It felt dirty, the toilet only worked part of the time, and it felt like it was falling apart and in need of an update.

Really poor cleanlyness, extremely loud location to the point of no sleep. The view was amazing, but it is located at the windowst spot on the island, so the wind keeps you from enhoying the balcony and whistles and rattles the glass doors all night

The view was nice, the pool is also very nice, but the bathroom and shower were horrible, the mattress felt like a bag of bricks. The pillows were just small brick bags. This place would be really nice if they updated their bathrooms and just got some new mattresses and bedding. That place has a lot of potential if somebody were to take it over and revamp it

While most of the staff were polite and welcoming during my stay, I had a very disappointing interaction with one staff member who spoke to me in an extremely rude and loud manner. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, which really affected my overall experience. I appreciated the kindness of the other staff, but I hope the management addresses such behavior to ensure every guest feels respected and comfortable.
