Room was not clean, lots of buildup in the bathroom like it has never been clean before. For $200 dollars a night I expect more, we also got 2 twin beds one was some what comfortable whereas the other bed was terrible, very hard and you could feel the springs. The only positive was the pool and the location.

Great location amazing pool view

The hotel has a perfect location in phi phi island, just walking distance from the pier, amazing view from the pools, good breakfast, friendly staff members, beachfront, the rooms are not bad but it needs modernisation, avoid rooms next to street if you are an early bird, as the music is too high until 3am, in general was ok for us... good value by the way.

Good but loud

The hotel have a very good location in terms of exploring the nightlife or hang out by the beach. The breakfast was incredible and rooms were fine. Unfortunately we booked the standard room located right next to the city street which meant that live music kept us awake until 2am, so please add the extra money to get a room further inside the hotel grounds

Bed the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in. Like a slab of concrete. Terrible. Room shabby dirty & smelt strongly of mould & dampness & neglect. Power outlets not working. Old & tired. Staff lovely position excellent & grounds well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Won’t stay again or recommend room.

The service and staff are incredible, making sure that your bags are carried and meeting you when you step off the boat. The property is beautiful! The day beds at the pool you have to spend a minimum of 1000bhat to use which I guess is easier if it’s more than one person and you each get two cocktails but for one person doesn’t work, and the other chairs were covered in ants. The room was bad. Just bad. The “queen bed” was just two single box springs pushed together and covered with a fitted sheet. The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower curtain didn’t really work so the bathroom was wet by the end of the shower. It also just felt very sketchy entering from behind the kitchen and the building I was in was not very well taken care of. The pool is beautiful, the staff are lovely, and the food is good though.

Great hotel right by the beach and close to bars

We had a lovely stay at Charlie PP Beach Resort. The view and location is what makes it an incredible hotel on Kho Phi Phi Don and what would make us come back. We also had an amazing service all around but more specifically with the luggage carriers and the reception staff. The breakfast buffet was very good and right by the beach. There are two pools and one of them has a beach club attached to it with no minimal spend (contrary to what we read in certain reviews). A real gem! The room itself was dated but clean and comfortable. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint and some of the furniture could be replace or repaired, but the overall room was quite nice with a beautiful garden view. The only negative aspect about our stay was that we booked the Superior room (away from bar noise) due to advices from these reviews, but our room was actually located in the first building right next to the bar alley. Some nights we would hear base from our room and other nights we could almost hear the music’ lyrics. We sleep with earplugs and with those you can’t hear anything, so it didn’t affect our sleep quality but I think it’s worth noting.

Nice resort, rooms need to be upgraded

The resort is beautiful and and on the beach. Services and breakfast were great, but the rooms were small and shabby. The mattress could feel the coils and uncomfortable.

We stayed in one of the cheaper rooms and got what we paid for I guess. Old, worn down, and smelled musty/damp. Rooms were clean and room service was good. Location was right on the beach and in the middle of downtown so convenient. Pool was good and the main reason we stayed here.

Mefiez vous! Nous avions pris la chambre basique et quelle fut notre surprise: vieux, miroir cassé et oxydé , douche avec rideau pas montrer sur les photos, matelas abîmé, porte impossible a fermer avec une clé dans un endroit horrible, 0 isolation , on peut voir a travers la porte , bref déception totale vis-a-vis de nos attentes. Heureusement on a pu nous surclassé a une chambre correcte mais nous devions dans ce cas payer notre petit déjeuner donc payer plus pour avoir le strict minimum de ce qu’on attends d’une chambre. Point positif : belle piscine et localisation. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel si vous chercher de la propreté.

Nós ficamos no quarto que teria algum ruído que incomodaria os hospedes. Contudo, não constatamos nenhum som de bares proximo que incomodasse a nossa estadia e o sono noturno.O ar condicionado era bom e a cama também. Nós dormimos muito bem. O banheiro era simples, mas supriu nossas necessidades. A piscina é excelente e com vista para a praia. O café da manha é muito bom. O hotel está bem localizado e o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom.

Une chambre miteuse, hyper sale comme une prison

On nous a mis dans une chambre, vraiment à la limite d’une cave. Le ménage à peine fait, levier qui ne se ferme pas donc l’eau coule. La literie pas du tout confortable et trace de rouge à lèvre sur le lit, qui le lendemain était encore là (on se demande si le ménage a été réellement fait). Bruit de souris dans la salle de bain, qui elle aussi était de qualité médiocre digne d’une prison (meme la prison est mieux). Dommage car à part la chambre l’hôtel était pas mal avec une belle piscine un bon petit déjeuné.

피피섬에서 가장 무난한 숙소가 아닐지

톤사이 해변이 보이는 호텔을 꼭 원하는 게 아니라면 위치와 가성비로 상당히 무난해 보이는 호텔입니다. 타운 한가운데 있어서 식당이나 마트 접근성이 좋구요(코로나 때문에 가게들이 문을 많이 닫았지만, 그래도 이 근처에는 열린 곳들이 꽤 있었습니다), 로달럼 해변이 보이는 수영장이 꽤나 널찍하고 좋습니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편이구요. 다만, 제일 저렴한 방은 상당히 작은 편이라(거의 침대 하나로 꽉 차는 느낌), 방에 머무르는 시간이 많은 편이라면 고려하셔야 하구요(물론 더 크고 더 비싼 방도 있습니다). 다만, 저희 묵을 때 옆에 있는 식당을 통째로 빌려서 파티(라기보단 잔치 느낌이긴 했습니다만)를 하는 사람들이 있었는데, 앰프 동원해서 노래부르고 꽤나 시끄럽게들 했는데, 9시 좀 넘으면 끝나지 않을까 싶었는데, 10시 반 정도까지 놀더군요...덕분에 예민한 가족들은 잠도 못자고 고생 좀 했네요..

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, piscina incrível, café da manhã muito completo. O que deixou a desejar foi a estrutura do quarto, pois optamos pelo quarto mais barato, porém o travesseiro era horrível (tive que pedir pra trocar e fui muito bem atendida) e a cama também era bem desconfortável. O quarto também era bastante barulhento, pois ficava nos fundos de um barzinho, mas acabava o barulho após a 1am. Me hospedaria novamente no hotel, porém em um quarto melhor!!
