They simply didn’t settle us. They stated that there are no available rooms. In exchange, we got a room in an old and dirty hotel right next to the disco. It was impossible to sleep. As the hotel wrote in response to our review, it turns out we paid too little. We booked through hotels.com at the prices we offered more than three months before the trip. No one has told us during this time that there is a problem. So be careful when booking a room at this hotel - you never know where you will live. Нас просто не поселили. Заявили, что свободных номеров нет. Взамен мы получили номер в старом и грязном отеле вплотную к дискотеке. Спать было невозможно. Good for a budget stay

Good for what you pay for. Does get a bit noisy at night, in amongst all the bars. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Great hotel, with very nice staff. The only problem is they mixed up our laundry and lost one of our shirts, and gave us someone else’s shirt by mistake. Other than this, everything was perfect about our stay here.

You can’t go wrong with this hotel!

The place is nice and clean, it’s 100m from the beach. It says it can be noisey, but I didn’t experience that. The room was cleaned everyday to an excellent standard and the staff were very friendly. The WiFi was food in the room and the tv die have English movie channels and American tv shows.

When we first arrived at the hotel, our room had an awful odor coming from the restroom. The shower was dirty as well. I went to ask about switching rooms because anytime you used anything in the bathroom, (shower,toilet, sink) the smell was worse. The staff was not too friendly when we asked for a new room. We ended up getting a new room that wasn’t as bad but still dirty bathroom. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving a day early from the hotel.

In the middle of all the action

Perfect location for the party side of Phi Phi, right in the middle of all the action, the music from the bar across the pathway felt like it was in my room when trying to sleep which lasted until 3am but this was expected based on the location. The hotel was basic but clean. It was only a one night stay for myself this time so I was not expecting too much. I regularly travel to Phi Phi and based on price and my requirement to stay in this area, I would stay there again.

Helt OK hotell i forhold til prisen. Håndklær og sengetøy er godt brukte, og føltes litt skittent. Hyggelig personale. Hotellet ligger rett ved siden av en bar, så mye støy og bråk frem til 02:30. Fint om man ønsker å feste hver kveld i løpet av oppholdet, men om man ønsker en rolig kveld hadde jeg valgt et annet hotell

It's what you should expect

It was am ok place, staff was nice. It's close to everything which is great. But can be very loud at night. Definitely not family friendly. A little pricey for what you get. Don t expect a great view either. All in all, was all I needed.

Damp and mouldy

Do not stay here. The room was so damp that all the linens felt wet and the pillows smelled of mould. The smell was so bad that we had to use clothes as pillows instead. The beds were old and uncomfortable. Wifi didn't work in the room. Not even that cheap!

À FUIR !

Chambre sale non lavée, salle de bain dégageant une odeur répugnante . La chambre regorge de cafard et de puce de lit. Nous demandons à changer de chambre. Une dame vient enlever un cafard et vide une bombe de parfum dans la salle de bain. L'air devient irrespirable nous pouvons enfin changer de chambre. De plus nous avons payé pour une vue sur l'océan l'hôtel nous indique qu'il n'existe pas de vue sur l'océan dans cet hôtel .

one of the best places so far in Kho Phi Phi..

my trip was amazing, me and all my friends love the palce, very kind staffs, nice location , very good rooms, they help me and my friends to booking private boalt with very cheap price, they also pick all the bags at the Pier, and after check out helped again with the Bags, really apreciated my stay at Palms Residence, for sure will be back again.. very nice place for all, family , couple, work.. thank you for the nice time at Phi Phi ... hotel fraquíssimo

Decepção total, procurei na internet um local pra dormir com o mínimo de higiene e conforto, mas o que tivemos foi um hotel com banheiro cheirando a esgoto, chuveiro com refluxo de água do ralo. Realmente decepcionante, as fotos não condizem em nada com a realidade. Não costumo falar mal de estabelecimentos, mas esse realmente foi péssimo.

hotel under construction but good service

We could not stay at this hotel as there was too much noise from construction work. The manager quickly found an alternative hotel close by so we could continue our stay. The Palms is in a very noisy bar area but to be fair the service was excellent. We were met at the pier and helped with luggage. The hotel will be nice when finished.

Prime time location if that's your cup of tea

This location is right in the thick of things in Phi Phi. Short walk to the beach and literally across the street from plenty of bars and clubs. As a solo traveler, the noise didn't affect me much as it eventually quiets down around 1AM and I did travel during low season (significantly less crowded). For solo travelers or couples looking for more of a party scene with centralized accessibility to everything on the island, I'd recommend. For a couple honeymooning looking for more privacy, you'll likely prefer the Long Beach area.

I felt that this hotel provided an excellent value. It's location is good being located almost in the center of the island. It is right next to a bar that plays music at night so if you are a light sleeper and plan to go to bed before 2AM, I wouldn't stay here. It not too loud where the sound of the AC unit and your TV cannot drown it out. I didn't have any issues sleeping. The room is a good size so it takes a few minutes to cool off, about 30. It was a little difficult to locate as well. I would stay here again next time I visit Phi Phi.
