Hotel on Tonsai beach, about 10 min walk from pier. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I had to make some changes due to late flight and missed last ferry out. The staff was very helpful and let me switch to other day. The rooms are small but ok for the price. No ac only fan, it’s ok as long as you not there in the hottest months. Limited time for checking in and out but if you need a specific time they can arrange. It’s in all the hustle and bustle but still on the side of it so it’s quite enough for sleeping time. Beds are a bit hard but we survived. Lots of food options and shopping near by. Beach is a few min walk. Options for day trips around the islands as well. This side of Phi Phi is the party side so if you’re looking for chill relaxation don’t stay here more than needed. Recommend the BaKao bay side instead. Amazing beaches on that side and less crowded and less touristy.

It's on the edge of a busy part of the island. The rooms are simple. They get cleaned regularly, and for the price, it's great. It's walkable to almost anywhere. It's quiet at night, and the staff is eager to help you in anyway

I’m always trying to be optimistic and the service industry is tough - I work in it as well so I get it. But honesty makes for more trustworthy reviews so here we go: Coco’s staff was friendly! But that’s where the positives end. With no air conditioning, the particular room I stayed in, being located in the back interior corner, was a sauna. This was unfortunately exasperated by unreliable assess to running water. I hope it was just bad timing on my part with the facility struggles. The guesthouse served its purpose as a budget option. But staying here for multiple nights is a tough sell considering other options on the island.

Shocking the day we arrived a guest checking out said that the water made him ill from showering me bring me thought that can’t be true must have drank some only to come down with a serious illness for two days and moved resorts due to the dirty shower water

I booked a fan room and the room was terrible all broken and no hot water for shower on website they show photos of air condition room and i paid 850 bath for every night area near you can find with that price aircondition room

I hope gets better in future

I want firstly say that the owner is really nice and she is there to help u with what she can . The place overall is good for a budget , there are certain details that are worth mentioning . On this website mention there is shower on the fan room but doesn't mention that is with only cold water . The room is quite basic , with the normal toiletries for the day . I found the mattress very hard ,I couldn't sleep much. I would suggest to invest in repairing or changing them . I understand that after the COVID many places still needs to recover their economy,just pointing some important things are in need. The mosquito net was a bit broken,so sometimes they entered,we blocked it with the courtains. And the bathroom was very humid and had damp smell . I guess that's normal in an island as is not the first time I found this problem in the south of Thailand ,just make sure to close the door. I think this place has potential for the future if they make some good changes ( clear colours for the walls and sheets for example would change a lot the atmosphere),a heater and the mattress thing . Thanks anyways .

Smell from drain, corner room with horrible view, beds hard with tiny ants. No refrigerator, didn’t get water on second day. Asked for room change but staff unable to accommodate. They did put a few extra blankets in the extra hard bed to try to make more comfortable. Despite the nice location it was a very uncomfortable stay.

This hotel was the worst I had stayed in Thailand. The staff is not helpful and not 24 hours available. They never came to clean my room. The supplies were short. I run out of toilet paper. There is not A/C nor hot water in the unit. There was not any bottle of water as a welcome gift. The bathroom is too small.

O quarto era bem desconfortável, cama dura, banheiro não tinha água quente. O quarto não tem ar, só tem um ventilador muito fraco, então fica bem abafado, eu fui em uma época que não estava tão quente, então não foi tão ruim, mas em épocas mais quentes acho que vai ser algo inviável.A localização é boa, afastada da parte das festas então não dá para escutar nada, mas não é longe de chegar. Considerando o valor mais baço vale a pena pensando que terá que esses pontos desfavoráveis.

La chambre inclus un lit une table chalet , pas air climatisation c’est une FAN ! Chambre de bain , toilette douche à même et sa sent la moisissure . Coup de chaleurs vu à l’installation. Ont attend les voisins faire les bébé !! C’est à déconseiller..
