"Good hotel in a good location. Very high level of service. A charming little street full of restaurants and bars leads out of the hotel. Not very accessible for disabled people, for example lots of stairs to the pool. In addition, the rooms are small and outdated. The staff is exceptional."

"The hotel isn’t very well maintained. Our room had a strong moldy smell. The reception isn’t open 24/7 so you have to carry the key around. Also a lot of fines if something happens (we were ok). The pool area is amazing but the restaurant is 2/5. The breakfast is there but not great. We talked to some other guests and their rooms didn’t smell. So if I’d get one of them I’d probably recommend the hotel. "

"We came hoping for a quiet getaway and we couldn't have asked for a better place to do this than Milky Bay Resort on Koh Phangan. Even though this property is set back not far from the main road, it is so quiet and right on the beach. We could see the beautiful calm beachview from our room. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast choices were wonderful as well as the menu for lunch and dinner right there at the resort. The pool was so clean and the water a perfect temperature...
