"Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, clean, with AC. I stayed for 7nights and will definetly come back. The bathroom is shared with an other room but I was mostly alone during my stay. Location is excellent to have easy acess to the pier, night market and the food court. I rent a motorbike to explore the rest of the Island. The hostess is so sweet and made my stay very special. "Overall, this is a very good hotel for the price (at least in low season) with an unbeatable location right next to its own stunning beach. The facilities are generally well thought out, and would definitely consider staying again. There are a few areas that could be improved. The beach would benefit from more regular cleaning as quite a bit of rubbish washes ashore, and it seems like a missed opportunity not to have sun loungers available given how beautiful the beach is (and the potential to offer beachside drink service). The beach café service was sometimes slow, and while the cliff rooms were comfortable enough, the bathroom was disappointing - especially the sink, which never seemed to produce hot water. Outside the hotel and further along the beach could also do with a tidy-up, as there is quite a lot of litter in places. Finally, the hotel provides four plastic bottles of water each day; switching to refillable glass bottles would be a much more environmentally friendly. Despite this, enjoyed my stay and would likely consider returning."

"I highly recommend this place! I had a wonderful stay. The staff are incredibly kind. The lady who helped me check in was WONDERFUL; she helped me schedule a few tours and helped me get a bike as well. My room was pristine, the pool is amazing, and there are various amenities (gym, sauna, massages, etc). It is on a hill, so I recommend renting a bike for the majority of your trip. I went here on a solo trip and I truly had a restorative time."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a bungalow which was much bigger than the photos suggested. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were excellent and very helpful with things like motorbike hire and taxis, and even folded our clothes for us and tidied up the room when cleaning. The pool is lovely and right on the beach, and we enjoyed the food in the restaurant, although would note that some menu items weren’t available. Our only minor issue was some ants in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a major problem after we cleaned it in the first day. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with excellent staff, comfortable accommodation, and a fantastic beachfront location."

"Beautiful setting with easy beach access, adequate pool (although only around 10 lounges are provided). Attentive check in and service staff in the beach-facing restaurant. Adequate buffet breakfast but the flies and mosquiotos are annoying. Other issues are the lack of evening entertainment (incl.music) - apart from the exciting fire show on Sundays. Also limited access to live Australian TV channels (some repeats are on Youtube). Resort can get a bit boring for a solo traveller after a couple of days, especially as the linked Village contains mainly restaurants and mini-markets but no pub or tour office."
