Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The hotel feels like a relaxing Oasis in a busy part of Phuket. A firm mattress which wasnt great for my back.
A short walk along a busy main road (or short taxi ride £2) to the main high street, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The beach is lovely although busy with the local longboats providing local boat trips.

"Property is excellent, good facilities and comfortable bed. Could possibly do with good maintenance and shower drain water is blocked / slow moving and broken toilet seat. Staff are friendly and polite but on the day there was no power in the resort, we were offered only 1 alternative i.e. transport to the nearest beach which we didn't intend to go. Children play area is nearby but limited. Cleaning only once during the 2 weeks of our stay. Overall great place to stay with children, great pool...
