"The resort is located at the bottom of an hill at the end of a road. It covers a wide amount of property with several pools. There is beach access, you can rent a lounger on the beach from locals, cheap. The sand is soft and relatively clean of debris. Variety of places to eat within resort and some local restaurants. You will need to take a cab to explore other parts, beaches, markets, etc."

"I stayed at Navatara Phuket for 26 days and it genuinely became a home away from home. It is a really nice, aesthetic hotel with a clean, traditional design that provides a great environment to relax. The room was very comfortable. Being tall, I appreciate a good-sized bed, and this one was great. Having a balcony was a nice addition, and the provided umbrella was a practical touch. The AC was strong and the shower was excellent—perfect for recovery after training. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and topped up my coffee and water every day. The food is a strong point. There is a nice selection of dishes with good local taste at reasonable prices. They use fresh, clean ingredients, making it easy to find healthy, high-protein options that fit my strict dietary requirements. The staff really stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception. The location is extremely practical. Phuket Muay Thai is just around the corner, which was ideal. There is a 7/11 next door, alongside a fruit stand and an ATM. It is only a 5 to 10-minute walk to Rawai Beach, restaurants, and massage spots. Navatara Phuket delivered an excellent balance of comfort and quiet. It served as the perfect base in Rawai—peaceful enough for genuine physical recovery, yet highly accessible. I highly recommend it for a refined, high-quality stay in Phuket."

"Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning. Breakfasts were pretty good, but the amount of flies that is inside the breakfast diner is crazy, you literally cannot leave your food unattended for over 10 seconds. Pools are great, although some differ in temperature a lot, and due to the buildings structure you always feel like you being watched by people surrounding you. It's not an issue in rainy season though. Overall 2,5/5, definitely not a 5 star hotel and a 2 star staff experience."

"Super friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning works well once it’s running for awhile. Good cleanliness and room tending. Pool area is absolutely stunning with all the plants and trees. "Pros: great location, lovely pools, grounds like a small oasis . Room big - dated but clean . Nice size balcony. Nice atmosphere , friendly staff . Laundry on site which is a godsend - the lady in there is amazing . Clean towels and bedding in the room daily. Cons : As lovely as the grounds are the pool area could do with a jet wash (pool cleaned often I must add) The loungers, umbrellas , patio need attention . There seems to be one maintenance guy doing all and I don’t think there’s enough hours in the day to do all . Breakfast - just weird . Staff in there try but cups, Cuttlery , butter etc run out often . Breakfast is like a full Asian meal but you can get an egg/omelette. Again the floor and windows in the breakfast room could do with a good wash . Expedia needs to update the details of the hotel - there is no roof terrace or bar , the beach across the road is not for sunbathing - it’s where the long tail boats moar (still beautiful) There is no winery attached to the hotel for wine tasting ?? Strange thing to put as wine is very expensive there - 30% import tax. We were a family of 13 - even though there’s not a lot of loungers etc it’s no problem , people come and go , including us, throughout the day to go on trips - it literally is a hotel to meet ! The nearest beach with loungers etc is Nai harn beach - 200bht in a grab , which has beach bars (very nice it is too) Despite the few negatives , we would definetly stay at this hotel again . Its value for money"
