"I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. "It was more so a lay over stop until a suitable time to drive to St. Ann. Place is clean, good service, and the staff is friendly. There is bar/restaurant upstairs, and enjoyed their breakfast. The hotel is located on a main and not far from landmarks."

"Amazing views and the host offered me great insight into the area and history of Jamaica and Kingston It is NOT close to the actual city. I would NOT use a rental car to commute there. Use a cab or Uber only. It costs about 10-15 dollars (US) each way to the Half Tree area and a little more for other popular sites. It was clean and I felt safe the whole time"

"It was a bit hard to find but very comfortable. I would reccomend staying here. I booked for someone who just needed a night stay, so there was no interaction with staff. Just make sure you follow check in and out times, or you wont see staff. Although we checked in after hours we were able to get in."
