"The check in machine kiosk requires a small learning curve to use efficiently, however the hotel staff were very helpful. The process requires individually scanning each guest’s passport and typing in guest names and address for each room, so for my group of 5 guests (2 rooms), it’s a lot of work compared to typical check-in process where you just gather 5 passports and handing over to check-in staff. "If you cannot find hotel in center of Tokyo, here is the good choice. Even it’s west of Tokyo, here is close to JR Tachikawa. Very convenient to get train station and take 30-40 mins to Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. Room is very clean and comfortable. Facility is enough unless no shower cap. Space is ok. Not too small. Only one thing need to improve is English skill for staffs ."

"It was very nice experience staying there."

"Very very close to the station, 50 m. from ticket machine"

"Very nice and clean hotel with reasonable price but a bit long walk from station"

"Clean and comfortable "

"Exactly as advertised! Great setup and grateful that the unit had a washer/dryer to be able to get some laundry done. The only con is that you have to give your key to the front desk when you’re leaving the property but I had no issues picking it back up. Would recommend!"

"Overall great hotel. We enjoyed it. The only con for us (but that is personal preference) although firm the pillows were too flat. Would recommend 10/10"

"Great, cozy little place!"
