"Most things were just fine, many things were really good. The bar is a complete joke, it is closed completely on Sunday and Monday. There are flyers posted all over the hotel, so not being open everyday looks foolish and lazy. The bar tender is an inattentive, surly grump, (keeping my language clean) who clearly hates his job. That system needs a complete revamp. I will also note that charging guests to park in your parking lot is ridiculous. That seems cheap and appears to be one more gouge...

"Animal Kingdom Jumbo House is an amazing place to stay. The only that I have is that the hallways are starting to look a little dated. The carpet is stained and the wallpaper peeling in various places. The rooms themselves have been updated and we’re very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"The space to make the line for take the food in breakfast is to small. I make a 8 minute line for the toaster the small bagel, then make a 6 minutes lines for make the Waffle. They need more space for a crowded hotel. They don't have the capacity for clean the tables during the rush hour, so the tables have to be clean by the customers."

"We stopped here for an overnight stay. We arrived late (@11:30 pm). The room was spacious and well layed out. Due to our late-night arrival, the person at the front desk offered a complimentary late check-out. We had to depart early, but it was still a nice gesture. Beds were comfortable; master bathroom was huge! The only hiccup we had was the 2nd bath tub wouldn’t drain well. Due to our early departure, we didn’t have time to contact front desk to have it serviced. Seemed like a lot of...

"When I say I love here it I love it here! My kids love the amenities. The pool is nice warm and clear. They have activities by the pool for the kids to play. Breakfast buffet is amazing. I would recommend anybody to book here."
