"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"Staff polite, breakfast was nice with lots of options, bacon, eggs, toasts, potatoes, sausages, toast, etc. Rooms are clean. The leisure areas are clean and very nice but it is not free. Cost is $5 per room per day. We had a problem with the no heat in the room, so two heaters were brought to our room immediately. Service was quick. Location was good, we took the local bus to go to the main city, which was easy enough as the stop was in front of the hotel and took about 20 mins. Good...

We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, but had room service one evening along with breakfast every day, and the food quality was wonderful. "Friendly welcome from reception at check in. Spotless room but no heating on à very cold day. Given à portable heater until central heating kicked in. Good food in restaurant . Very friendly barman in evening and waiting staff at breakfast were extremely efficient and welcoming. Would definitely visit again."
